The process management this is the very common word that has been used by the many professionals. The process management is the coordination or synchronization of many activities of planning and monitoring the performance of a process.
This is especially used in the sense of business process but it is often confused with reengineering. But sometimes, process management includes reengineering or reengineering includes process management. The process improvement management system is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, techniques and systems to define, visualize, measure, control, report and improve processes.
It comes with the goal to meet customer requirements profitably. It can be differentiated from program improvement management system in that program management is concerned with managing and improving a group of inter-dependent projects. But there is another view point which is attached to it; the process management includes program management as well.
